Pumpkins and Sunflower 2023 has found it’s new forever home!
It is always a joy to know that a work of art is loved. This painting was created with acrylics on canvas. The pumpkins and sunflower were grown locally at Bee Haven Flowers in Altamont.
I originally painted Mangiamo 2022 for the Schenectady Art Society’s annual show at the American Italian Heritage Museum located in Albany. The work held a special place in my heart because of the memories it contained.
I am so happy to share that while I was installing it in another show today it found it’s new home! I met a lovely woman who also loves painting, who connected with the work immediately and asked to buy it.
Last of the Season 2023 is an acrylic painting that I painted from the final bouquet of sunflowers that I got from Bee Haven Flowers this autumn. I will miss these beautiful blooms.
I am so pleased and grateful that this painting is on the way to a collector. I hope the painting brings her as much joy as I felt in creating it.

Here are some new works in my Pick a Card Series of paintings. These works are mixed media acrylic works that include handmade papers, personal text and sewing. The collages are created on old playing cards.
Both Daisy and Rudbeckia have found their forever homes in personal collections. More works in this series will be in my Saratoga Arts in Public Places show in March 2023 at the Saratoga Springs Library.
My Of Bread & Roses show at Nori’s Village Market was a lovely experience! We sold 11 paintings to support the TriLakes Interfaith Food Pantry. Here are some of the paintings that have found new homes. #grateful
Pencil Jewelry
I have been exploring with creating jewelry from colored pencils and enjoying the playfulness of the pieces. This rainbow pencil necklace has been purchased as a gift. I hope it will bring a smile to the new owners face.

The Gift is a painting created with acrylic on canvas and featured a bouquet of flowers my children gave me for Mother’s Day. The red vase in the painting had belonged to my mother.
This painting has gone to it’s new home, and I hope it brings joy.
Freshwater Pearl & Silver Drop necklace
This necklace (on the left) features a white freshwater pearl suspended below a antiqued silver drop. The sterling silver chain completes the tone of the necklace. It has gone home with a happy customer.
