Father Goose was created from Plein Air sketches in Blatnick Park located in Niskayuna, NY. This goose was in quite the mood and rushing about letting everyone know he thought he was in charge. I worked on some quick sketches of his attitude and went to work as quickly as possible to capture him in action. In the studio I added some extra splashes of color to his background. This painting on canvas is framed in a barnwood frame.
